Nikeyta Sharma is a Managing Consultant for the SAP Customer Experience (CX) practice at Knack Systems. She has extensive experience working as a functional consultant with various SAP and cloud applications. Nikeyta specializes in customer-facing business processes for industries such as healthcare/pharmaceuticals, real estate and retail. One of her biggest achievements was her involvement in end-to-end SAP implementation for Reliance retail industry. She holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Science.
