Business Analyst (Woodbridge, NJ: Conduct one-on-one or small group interviews to gather use cases and functional requirements for documentation. Provide analytical expertise in identifying and evaluating cost-effective Hybris Commerce system requirements and procedures that align with business objectives and user needs. Document user stories, data models, and process flow diagrams. Collect, manipulate, and import product catalog data into the e-Commerce system while identifying and addressing data gaps. Provide system demonstrations and training to client business users. Develop test plans, write manual/automated test scripts, and define acceptance criteria to ensure high-quality deliverables. Support testing efforts through QA and UAT, managing defect tracking and prioritization. Ensure timely completion of tasks and communicate any risks to delivery timelines. Collaborate with project team members to resolve business or system issues.
Req: MS in technology management, information systems, or a or related field plus 2 years of experience (pre or post MS) in occupations involving similar duties/technical capabilities. Must be willing to work anywhere in US. Telecommuting permitted. $102,000/yr.
