Analyze requirements, define system architecture, and build technical design for overall SAP CX architecture. Analyze requirements, define system & system architecture, and build technical design for overall enterprise architecture. Govern and lead the over all architecture of the project including Business Logic design, Code refactoring, Data modeling, Error Handling, Interface design and load/ performance testing based on the technical design and architecture for SAP CX products including SAP commerce cloud, SAP Sales & Service Cloud, SAP CDC, SAP Extension suite, SAP Marketing Cloud, The Intelligent Enterprise, SAP CPQ, SCPI, Spartacus. Deliver all phases of the software development lifecycle for the design, development, testing, training and deployment for implementation, rollout, upgrade or support of all SAP applications and web solutions.
Provide suggestions to Knack’s clients on the best strategy to meet their business objectives using SAP CX product portfolio. Create a low-level design of the overall SAP CX application solution based on the proof of concept including the list of custom APIs. Provide technical solutions to the existing projects which have delivery issues. Create POCs and help the pre-sales team in delivering RFPs. Design both functional and appealing features that address customer's business needs and use technologies like JavaScript, AngularJS and JQuery for user interactions on web pages. Perform code review to identify potential performance risks and for delivery of bug free SAP CX applications. Design extensible and flexible web applications implementing the spring framework for Model-View-Controller (MVC) pattern. Participate in engagements as a subject matter expert and provide expertise on SAP CX applications. Identify, build, and refine best practices, standards & templates to help improve Knack’s service quality. Keep current with industry, domain, and technology trends. Lead and participate in Knack organization development activities including recruitments, training, certification, and mentoring employees.
Develop and refine solution offerings, service delivery processes and methodologies, and sizing & estimations in on-going engagements. Participate in sales and business development to help achieve corporate objectives including demos, proposals, quotations & ROMs, and SOW. Req: Bachelor’s degree or equiv in CompSci, Engg (Comp/Elec), or related filed, plus 3 years of experience using Java, PL/SQL, JavaScript, JSP, HTML, XML, Hybris 1905, CCV2, Struts 1.1, Windows (9x, Me, XP, 2000, NT), Design Patterns, Tomcat, Eclipse Luna 4.4.0, VSS, Junit 4, test Director, Cactus 1,8,1, Jira, B2B Accelerator, SOLR, Spring MVC, IOC, Service Now, Hot folder, Impex scripts, Datahub, Dynatrace, SourceTree, ELK Stack, Kibana, Docker, Kubernetes, Azure. In lieu of BS + 3 years, employer will accept 5 years of experience in position involving similar duties/technical capabilities.
