The Knack Systems team performed a detailed evaluation and confirmed that SAP CX was the best fit for the customer with respect to integration and meeting business needs. SAP Sales Cloud and SAP Service Cloud were deployed to the Inside Sales, Sales, Customer Service, and Customer Care teams of Nature’s Way, who work with grocery and pharmacy retailers and health practitioners across the country.
The integration between SAP Sales Cloud and SAP Service Cloud and the SAP backend was powered by SAP Cloud Platform Integration. Business Warehouse reporting integration was also performed along with integrations to Paymetric and Experian. Mobility was enabled for iPad Pro for onsite visits with customers and prospects. Post-implementation, Nature's Way leveraged Knack Systems' managed services for their support needs.
With the SAP CX system implementation, Nature’s Way has a key tool to streamline internal processes and manage customer data. This also allows the company to successfully enhance the efficiency of resources, time, and efforts of their teams. With SAP CX, Nature’s Way now has an intuitive and intelligent salesforce automation and ticketing system that allows for enhanced visibility for their leadership teams across departments.
