A few channels, such as MailChimp, Sprout, Marin, and MS Excel, were completely replaced

TTI was able to bring together customer data and interactions from various sources including, social media posts, rating and reviews from Bazaar voice, Customer Service related information from SAP Service Cloud and much more

TTI engaged Knack Systems to implement the SAP Marketing Cloud Solution for their organization and tie together siloed marketing channels, such as Email, Facebook, and Google Adwords into a single platform. The newly established solution and capabilities helped TTI gain a unified view of the customers across multiple brands and data sources and further streamline marketing processes.

With this implementation, TTI now has the means to better respond to customer sentiment in online reviews and other online channels, reduce the risk of a possible data breach, and efficiently manage their customers' consents to contact them via different channels for marketing activities, thereby boosting customer trust and engagement in the process.

TTI runs several campaigns using Facebook, Google AdWords in the native platform, and sends out email campaigns using Mailchimp. With SAP Marketing Cloud, TTI now has the ability to create and deliver on Campaign Execution by Email, Facebook Campaigns, Google AdWords Campaigns, and Trigger Based Campaigns. With the outbound integration with Facebook, TTI now targets the right people with relevant social media ads.
